Houlder engineers are well versed in the requirements for setting to work and commissioning marine systems, equipment and whole vessels (ships or rigs) . Appropriately qualified and experienced teams may be assembled to suit the requirements of a particular project.

All works are controlled and managed using procedures and test forms developed specifically for the particular system and agreed in advance with the client and manufacturer.
