In service support

The number of Houlder handling systems in service increases year on year and Houlder provides a responsive logistic and support service to all customers. This service is also available for equipment supplied by others.

A suitable package of support may be agreed at the time of purchase of the equipment or at any time during its service life. This may include any of the following:

• Periodic survey and report
• Periodic maintenance
• Spares inventory management
• Fault finding and diagnosis
• Refurbishment
• Re-commissioning following refurbishment
• Operator and maintainer training
