Rupert Hare - Chief Executive Officer Rupert Hare has fifteen years' experience of naval architecture for Houlder focusing on project and contract management across the offshore energy and commercial marine sectors. He has a wealth of experience leading relationships within the oil & gas and renewables industries, government and marine regulators specifically heading up vessel design, adaptation and equipment installation projects.
Frederic Perdrix – Chief Technical Officer Frederic Perdrix brings a wealth of Naval Architecture and Engineering knowledge and expertise to all of the company’s projects. He is a designer and engineer with over twenty years of experience being accountable for multi-disciplinary teams working on a wide range of asset new build, upgrade and conversion projects.
Mike Chew - Chief Operating Officer Mike Chew is a Chartered Engineer and has held director's appointments and senior project management positions with leading international engineering and contracting companies in the Offshore Industry. He has extensive experience managing companies in the UK, Norway, Central Europem West Africa and the Middle East. He has also provided consultancy services to a wide range of organisations, including Government Agencies, Oil Operators and International Service Companies.
Paul Shaw – Marine Equipment Director Paul has a proven track record of success in offshore operations and projects gained in the cable laying industry. As a former Technical and Sales Director, Paul has a sound understanding of engineering and project management within the marine and energy sector.
Mike Simpson – Marine Design Consultancy Director Mike Simpson is a Naval Architect with over thirty years of experience in the commercial shipping industry. He has a wealth of experience in leading the design of a broad range of conventional tonnage as well as large high speed passenger and vehicle ferries.
Garry Kennie – Offshore Projects & Engineering Director Garry Kennie brings a wealth of offshore experience as a technical manager, principal engineer and project manager. With considerable analysis and engineering skills and knowledge, he is ideally placed to advise rig and vessel owners and managers on major equipment upgrades, overhauls, repairs and replacements.
