Houlder acted as Shipyard Auditors for the charterer's of a new build Windfarm Installation Jack up vessel. Specifically Houlder evaluated the location, facilities, block sizes,  current commitments, forward plan, design capability, Quality assurance control, safety, progress reporting and delivery record of three yards in Holland and China. This highlighted project risks and opportunities to the charterer before contract negotations were entered into.
